Placed in the south of River Thames this unique building has become a home to a young successful entrepreneur, who enjoys a stroll to the city office without having to worry for the public transport.

Although the apartment looked good in its original completed condition, unfortunately it lacked a little ‘’Magic Touch’’ and this is where Mark and Callender Howorth team came in to save the day by providing astounding bathroom and bedroom design, to which SLS Builders attended with great care and effort to ensure every detail if followed throughout.

We have ripped out x2 bathrooms completely and removed a tin shell from the master bathroom to gain at least 3 meters square in space and this allowed the client to have a perfect bathroom with a walk in shower and a chic modern bath tub. The opaque mirrors and glass shelves in the mirrored cabinets have given an absolute ‘’one in a few’’ unique look to ones eye.

Custom Built Wardrobes by SLS Builders LTD have added to the details required by designers and this meant a happy client.

Lutron system lighting control and Audio Visual System means the client could control the sounds from anywhere in the apartment and change the lighting colours to the desired personal feel.

The breath taking views in this Central London Pad, meant that client is never far from magical London at Night, in particular during festive seasons (the client moved in on Christmas Eve 2016) and beautiful views of St Pauls Cathedral, London Eye, Big Ben and other interesting London Landmarks.
